Gussie Miller wrote this song with his co-writer keyboardist Alex Alessandroni Jr. (Pink, Christina Aguilera, Nelly Furtado, Babyface, Bobby Brown) and it features Smooth Jazz solo artist & guitarist Jay Gore (Mindi Abair, Peter White, Warren Hill, Micheal McDonald) on the electric guitars and in the solo section. The song was produced by Miller and his co-producer on "Forever Plan" recording engineer Mike Fennel, and was recorded and tracked at Miller's home studio and master vocals cut at Universal Music Publishing's studios in Santa Monica, California by Ex Prince and Stevie Wonder tracking engineer Ralph Sutton. The track also features noted drummer Herman Matthews (Tower Of Power, Kenny Loggins, Richard Marx, Sir Tom Jones, Whitney Houston). All of the lead and background vocals were sung by Miller, which is one of Miller's trademarks, similar to his work with Gino Vannelli on the 1990 "Inconsolable Man" CD.
