Kind of weird that their top played track is from the Impetigo tribute album that wasn't even that good. Haemorrhage are just as popular as Impetigo, if not more popular.

And i'm not hating or comparing older goregrind with a modern one. Both have its pros and cons.

@hrenznaetkto , There is not a lot of goregrind in your library, so i'm assuming you are unfamiliar with it's history. You don't have to be 100% goregrind to have a respectable influence on it. Same can be said on just about any genre. Comparing old shit to new shit in any direction is retarded.

Lol'd so hard here. goregrind elitism at it's finest :D In my opinion, though, older stuff from 90s is a good Carcass worship, old-school goregrind done right. 00s and 10s - it's not a pure goregrind for me, not a new type of goregrind like LDOH, Regurgitate or Dead Infection neither old-school stuff like old Carcass or General Surgery, though it still have some similarities with Carcass. Not saying their music is bad, but there's much more enjoyable stuff out there. And i would say later stuff is a mix between deathgrind elements and... well, shit, and some melodic death metal elements. "Maybe Regurgitate's "Carnivorous Erection" is 100% goregrind too, lol?" - well, if Regurgitate is not a goregrind and their magna opus Carnivorous Erection is not 100% goregrind then Godzilla is not a fucking king of monsters. And Godzilla is the fucking king of all the fucking monsters. Period.

@CoffeyManiac, "All I wanted to say is older Haemorrhage isn't pure goregrind" I'll give you that. Early Goregrind had a lot of death metal influence. It also had a lot of grind, core, & noise influence. Haemorrhage was one of the few bands to "one up" Carcass though, along with General Surgery. So even if they don't sound as modern as LDoH (who later turned to Gorenoise btw), it's still Goregrind. Just as Judas Priest are still Heavy Metal.

"All I wanted to say is older Haemorrhage isn't pure goregrind" No, what you said was "anyone who thinks this is goregrind isn't a goregrind fan", acting as if you're the king of tr00 goregrind.

All I wanted to say is older Haemorrhage isn't pure goregrind, I think. Some death metal influence. And my favourite album is Morgue Sweet Home.

Well, I guess you're only 14, I'll give you a break. With time you'll have more knowledge about metal but until then, you're just a silly teenager that's trying to tell adults who have listened to metal since you were learning to walk and what genre a band is.

No doubt Emetic Cult is goregrind, but talking about older albums, I won't be so sure.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eMw_cnUiUEQ This isn't goregrind? Or does it not sound similar enough to LDOH for you?
