yes, the production is that bad. I'm at the beginning and I'm already regretting.

"but the production is somehow strange.. especially on the metal parts" I agree! It disturbs me a bit.. but the album is still fucking amazing! :D

Good album. But I don't understand, why they needed to use that awful american accent.

Is it just me being reminded of some tracks from their first album (And Thou Shalt Trust...) by the melodies of Chapter II? Different tempo, but some pretty similar melody lines... Neat album, but tbh quite disappointing compared to their first two works (but better than Eppur Si Muove) - and while the Hijo de la Luna cover is not bad, it is beyound my grasp what it has lost in the middle of a medieval fantasy story (to me, it even sounds less gothic than Loona's version). The spoken passages sometimes remind me too much of another band which, strangely, also writes about dragons and warriors... not bad, but they get boring with time. And where are the instrumentals? The only really mind-blowing track is Chapter III imho. I wouldn't call any of the tracks crap however; this is reserved for Dark Passion Play and alike. ;)
