Happy Accidents were a indie pop duo (formerly trio) based in London, United Kingdom formed in 2013.
They put out three albums on Alcopop records before announcing that they were calling it a day in 2021. Phoebe & Rich joined ME REX. In 2022 they announced they were making music as Happy Accidents and announced a new album.
