Heavy Vegetable is an indie rock band from Encinitas, California. Band members include guitarist and lead singer Rob Crow (pre-Pinback), singer Eléa Tenuta, bassist Travis Nelson and drummer Manuel Turner produced A bunch of stuff in 1993, The amazing undersea adventures of Aqua Kitty and Friends in 1994, Frisbie in 1995 and Mondo Aqua Kitty in 2000.
Rob Crow is also known for bands: Thingy, Pinback, Optiganally Yours, Lactose Adept as well as solo work.
