Helen was Helen McCookerybook (real name: Helen Reddington, née McCallum), the Horns were Paul Davey, Dave Jago, Marc Jordan, Chris Smith and Tony Hepworth. Together they existed between 1983 and 1986, during which they released 3 singles and a self-titled album full of upbeat pop. Prior to fronting the Horns, Helen McCookerybook had formed the Brighton punk band The Chefs (a.k.a. Skat).
