Formazione:Tony Hill - (cantante, chitarrista e tastierista) - Simon House - (violinista e tastierista)- Pete Pavli - (bassista) - Roger Hadden - (batterista).._.-._.Hari Om...ॐ

Shame Sea shanties isn't as popular as other pioneering rock albums of that era.

These guys started prog-metal. Their songs are so dense and intricate, way ahead of their time, indescribable, seriously there is no band like them, nothing will prepare you for listening to High Tide, but you absolutely have to do it. They pound away with molten riffage and travel between heavy prog, blues, folk, jazz and time signatures like they're nothing. Highly recommended. They should be huge, their music is.

I used to listen to sea shanties a few years ago...I listened to it again recently and I realise now why it is one of the greatest albums of all time.

This band is really good. Vocally like [artist]Iron Butterfly[/artist] but instrumentally closer to a [artist]Deep Purple[/artist]/[artist]Black Sabbath[/artist] hybrid in my opinion

I think the term coined by Les Rallizes Dénudés fits rather well here, 'Heavier than a death in the family'

Death Warmed Up kicks the shit out of my brain. And anybody else hear a bit of King Crimson's Exiles in Pushed, but Not Forgotten?
