100 INCH SHADOW was formed after the break up of COALITION which released self titled album on Shing Records and a split cd with BORA on Youth Culture/Kablio Muzika. Although most members of COALITION play in 100 INCH SHADOW it is not its continuation. The music we play is hard to define. On the whole it is melodic hardcore but influences from other kinds of music can be heard. We are inspired by various music styles which leads up to a certain compromise in our own music. We do not represent any political option or ideology. The lyrics are mostly personal concerning mainly issues of our own everyday lives (creating our own personality, human relations) and sometimes social matters.
