ID/PSA is not a real artist. Internet radio stations that broadcast on Live365 (www.live365.com) such as DKFM Shoegaze Radio (www.live365.com/stations/djdecay) have a limit placed on them on how many tracks from a single artist or album can be included in one show. As any links, station IDs, voice-overs, public service announcements, track introductions etc. are considered the same as any other track, if they all have the same artist or album name, Live365 rejects the playlist (actually, it doesn't reject it… it's just not listed in the station directory). So Live365 have created an exception… if a track's album and artist are "ID/PSA", they are not included in the restriction on number of tracks per album/artist. So if a DJ builds his set in iTunes (for example), names his links with an artist of ID/PSA, listens to them to check they're OK, they'll show up Last.FM against artist ID/PSA.
