Ingram Marshall (born May 10, 1942 in Mount Vernon, New York) is an American composer and a former student of Vladimir Ussachevsky and Morton Subotnick. He is best known for his electronic works and for his layered, atmospheric compositions which incorporate acoustic elements ranging from fog horns to cathedral bells.

Marshall's works have been recorded by artists ranging from the Kronos Quartet, Theater of Voices, and Bang-on-A-Can All Stars to the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the San Francisco Orchestra.
