The middle section where the screams get progressively more intense each time is just astounding. [4]

It's the best ending that oceanic can have. It's like, the release of all these emotions all this pain and sorrow, that is on the Oceanic. This album deserves to be listened to the very end of this song, because it changes everything [2] well said.

Introduction: This band is pretty cool. Body: Isis produces good music; all of the music by them I've heard is pretty cool. Producing cool music is something done by cool bands. Conclusion: This band is pretty cool.

About to see them at Tuesday. It would be AWESOME if they played this song, although I doubt it. Their recent setlists weren't very promising.

If I were drowning, this would be the song I'd like playing. Brilliant. And I would highly recommend seeing them live. Step on babies if you have to.

The riffs, atmosphere, bitterness and majest of this song are just unbelievable - and Isis are one band I HAVE to see live - when I do they best play this song, and it best make me deaf for at least the rest of the day.

Jordmeister, I've seen them twice myself...(Once with Jesu!) The atmosphere of the shows were amazing, but both times I was slightly disappointed because I was hoping they'd play Garden of Light. I love this band b/c they're heavy but conjure up deeper and more complex emotions than just anger... <3

I've been a Tool fan for much longer than Isis, but I'll openly admit that Isis' grooves eat Tool alive.

Though I'm a firm believer in Tool being the authority on amazing music, Isis digs so deep into your soul with Hym, It's indescribable.

Epic vocals, and lovely sludgy heavy riffs, a fitting end to a classic gem of a masterpiece.

The word looks alot like the word Hymn which is explained as: A hymn is a type of song, usually religious, specifically written for the purpose of praise, adoration or prayer, and typically addressed to a deity/deities, a prominent figure or an epic tale. The word hymn derives from Greek ὕμνος hymnos "a song of praise". Now check the lyrics of the song Hym: Love flows fears no window minds time oceanic Dissolve me His own light, now it's gone The thirst came on And it come on in waves He would dream of cells swollen with water Blank memory washed away, swallowed whole through eyes and teeth
