Biography
Jarrow is the musical project of Melbourne-based singer/songwriter Dan Oke. After playing in a number of local bands, he released his debut 2003 Dream on bandcamp on March 12, 2016. Soon after, he was signed on to Barely Dressed/Remote Control Records, who reissued the album on September 16, after which he gained increasing recognition within the Melbourne music scene. His band went on to play support slots for Car Seat Headrest and The Wombats, and have played Splendour in the Grass in July 2017.
In February 2018, Jarrow supported The Libertines on the Melbourne show of their Australian tour. On March 16, Barely Dressed issued the second album, Expensive Hugs, followed by announcement of their first headline tour.
