Jason Page is an old-school c64/Amiga tracker-music composer. Notable examples commercial games that he's made soundtracks for are Fire & Ice (1992), Uridium 2 (1993), Empire Soccer 94 (1994), and other.
He is currently not active in the scene anymore.
