Biography

    1988 – present (36 years)

The yodel choir Wiesenberg was formed on the 8-8-1988 and has been singing traditional Swiss yodel music ever since.

They rose to national fame in January 2007 when they covered the famous Swiss love song "Ewigi Liebi" (Eternal Love). Ewigi Liebi was originally written and performed by the Swiss rock/pop band MASH and has been covered many times. The Wiesenberger originally picked up the song just for somebody's birthday party, but from that point on the audience kept asking for the performance of this song at every concert. Encouraged by this demand they pressed the song on CD and went straight into the Swiss national charts.
