Joe and Jake (Joe Woolford and Jake Shakeshaft), are a British duo that will represent the United Kingdom in the 'Eurovision Song Contest 2016' in Stockholm with the song "You're Not Alone". Both participated in the same series of the talent show 'The Voice UK' in 2015; Jake reached the Knockouts round on Team will.i.am, while Joe reached the final 8 on Team Rita Ora. They became a duo after the show ended.
