"The wrong Beatles are dead". .................Never thought about this but it is actually quite obvious now that you've brought it up. I've really got nothing against Paul or Ringo but there is no question they took the lions share of the superficiality in the band and continue to til this day. I mean does anyone really want to see Ringo shaking it up there singing about Liverpool, toss off man.

"I don't expect you to understand, After you've caused so much pain, But then again, you're not to blame, You're just a human, a victim of the insane." - One of my all-time favourite lyrics.

This and Working Class Hero, are quite possibly my favourite songs by him. Both songs are very fitting commentaries on social issues of his time, and still pertinent for our time. I've said it before and i'll say it again, Lennon was a timeless genius. He had his own personal demons, which he addressed so eloquantly in his music. His imperfections only endeared him more to me. He is one of my personal heroes, his music and ideals have been with me through good and bad. Thank you John!
