As a singer/guitarist Joost de Lange founded his own band. Even before that time he was no stranger to the Rock and Blues scene. He played in several bands, including the Rockband from Zeeland 'Yes You Did, with whom he released five albums and even won the Zeeland Pop-Awards.
After spending some time looking for the best match, Ramses Donvil joined the band on the drums in 2014. Joost and Ramses already knew each other from their music studies at Jazz Studio in Antwerp. They already worked together on different rock/blues projects in the Flemish music scene. In 2015, Mitchell Goor completed the line-up with his tight, groovy basslicks.

This Power Trio is a welcome guest on many stages both nationally and internationally. They know how to steel the hearts of every guitar lover again and again. With many gigs in clubs and ai festivals the band has enough experience to deliver a solid show. During their live shows they play an impressive mix of own written songs and songs by Jimi Hendrix, Rory Gallagher, Stevie Ray Vaughan etc. So now you know in what category they belong.

In March 2019 the studio album ‘Lonesome Wolf’ was released, with on it 11 own songs written by Joost. Characteristic is the energetic sound with the necessary power and influences from blues, rock, grunge, pop and funk and the constantly immersive guitar solos. The many reviews were all outstanding.

Because many fans asked for a live album there was the release of the CD ‘Live in Antwerp’ in March 2017. This live registration of a performance took place in Antwerp and contains new work as well as existing songs and also some covers. The CD provided excellent reviews.

The 4th album 'Magic Crow' was released september 2014. This CD received highly favorable reviews for example in: Blues Magazine and Roots Time Magazine. Several radio stations promoted the CD with airplay. Together with the release of the song 'The Night Train' they also recorded a second video clip.

In 2013, the CD 'Crazy Times' was recorded. After the cd-recordings they recorded their first videoclip with the song My Way. The CD got a excellent review in the British magazine Blues Matters. Blues Magazine and Rootstime also wrote enthusiastically about it.

The album 'Change It' was released in 2011. With this CD Joost made his debut as a singer/ guitarist. Previously, he played mostly instrumental or worked together with singers. With this cd he started his own band 'Joost de Lange Rock/Blues Experience'.

In 2010 he recorded his first CD 'Outlaw'. This CD contains only instrumental tracks, nearly all written by Joost for his thesis at the Jazz Studio in Antwerp. On Outlaw you can hear many different influences and styles of guitarists like Eric Johnson, Steve Vai, Paul Gilbert, etc. He also recorded some covers by Joe Satriani and Freddy King. The Dutch Music Magazine 'OOR' wrote a raving review about it.
