For anyone reading this, Is And Of The is the greatest album outro of all time. OF ALL TIME.

captured anthems is one of the best pieces of music I've had the opportunity to hear.

glad to hear there are reissues of this. i think this is one of those albums that slipped through the cracks and was never properly recognized. kudos for bringing it back.

Haven't listened to these guys that much in a couple of years. (Been on a musical journey.) But they were with me even from the first month I started to listen to modern instrumental rock music back in 2002. I recently read a review of the re-issue in one of sweden's biggest newspapers, and it just felt so good to see it. It got a solid 4 of 5. And truly, this is one of the finest projects. "Ruined in 84" is the soundtrack of my dreams.

When I was fifteen I heard Broken Social Scene for the first time, and was instantly enthralled. I had never heard anything like it. Over time, and as I listened more and more to their albums (Windsurfing Nation during the day, You Forgot It In People during the evening, and falling asleep to Feel Good Lost on repeat) I began to read about them, and read everything I could. I found them fascinating. Through this I came across the name K.C. Accidental, as it is the band that eventually turned into Broken Social Scene, but never did I anticipate what I was going to hear. I first got Could've Been Pills and Empty Bathtubs during my senior year of high school and I had never experienced anything like them. The music played as if it was a recording of the way a person feels, the way we each emotionally perceive life. At times it was grand and all encompassing, and at others it seemed deeply (and almost painfully) personal. And as I listen to it now, I just feel like I am not alone.

Was just listening to Pills again and I just needed to say how good it is. I just can't get over it... Normally I try and share my music with all my friends, but I haven't shown this album to anyone, it just feels too personal when I listen to it. My #1 favorite album, hands down, I would go so far as to call it life-changing.

Anthem's for the Could've Bin Pills is my favorite album, ever. I can listen to it in any mood, and for however long I want, and it will never get old. I can't find a single second of it I don't like... it's perfect.
