Paranoid (nicknamed Kel-Tec by fans before release) is the 10th track on Ken Carson’s third studio album "A GREAT CHAOS." The song was first previewed in December 2022 on Ken’s Instagram live.
In April 2023, the song was previewed again by Ken with an added verse from Destroy Lonely. The song was previewed many times at different tempos and pitches, and the most popular snippet was faster than the released version.
Paranoid leaked in September 2023, just over a month before A Great Chaos' release, with the full Destroy Lonely verse. The leak was essentially the same as the release version, except that some versions of the leak were sped up to match the popular snippet.
