Kildevil Blues formed in Bowling Green, Ohio early 1988, w/John Johnson (guitar, vocals), John Tangeman (guitar), Ron Werdebaugh (guitar), and Jeff Fearnside (drums). After a summer of swill in Dayton, Oh (the year of the great heatwave), Johnson, Tangeman, and Werdebaugh moved to Boston, hooking up with drummer R. Flemens.
