Biography
Kilometre23 was formed in summer of 2009 by Emad Lashkari(guitars) and Navid Arbabian(vocal-bass-guitars) in Mashhad,Iran. Ali Baghfar(drums) and Masoud Hosseini(vocal-guitar) joined the band later.
