The king is dead – long live King's Tonic
The bustling German rock regents of King's Tonic are ready to give another audience in 2010. And with their new record "Rock Monarchy" the foursome won't even try to accept any compromises.

Once we lit the flame, a revolution’s on its way
Far away from short-lived trends King's Tonic stick to the traditional basic principles of good punk rock music. Snotty, aggressive and a lot of sense for melody. However, for the first time the band got a brand new arrow in its quiver: "Rock Monarchy" is a split CD – the German variation of three songs plus another German bonus track are aboard and so it is up to the listener to choose which variation he downloads or whether he puts the English or the German version „Monarchie des Rock” in his shelf.
A Rock Monarchy, an empire of words, a rebel’s symphony
The reason for this new step is obvious: during the last years King's Tonic toured all around the globe, and with loads of concerts throughout Europe, South-East Asia, Russia or the USA the band realized: everybody over there was keen on punk rock music with German lyrics. During the last US tour in April 2010 the boys consequently decided to record and publish alternative variations of the new songs.
Being driven by music the quartet manifests its credo in their song Renaissance: all of this is “quite normal when you’re addicted: to music, the soundtrack of our rock’n roll lifestyle!”
