this album flopped somehow and idk why! it drifts from the disco that her previous two albums brought but sticks with Fever's sexiness, making this album even hornier than it's predecessor. it has good songs, great music videos and i love the sound of it which is this soft pop with a bit of electro idk how to explain i just really like it

It’s so funny that is flopped in the US because it’s obvious she made it with us in mind. She was watching the trends of the time (hip hop and R&B and our styles of pop) and you can hear it. It’s a good thing but it’s also funny because it should have caught on ,but the US pigeonholes artists and this was no Fever in terms of music style.

Do you like Kylie Minogue? Her early work was a bit too bubblegum pop for my taste, but when Impossible Princess came out in '98, I think she really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. She's been compared to Madonna, but I think Kylie Minogue has a far more sweet and subtly sensual style of songwriting. In '03, Kylie Minogue released this, Body Language, her most accomplished album. I think her undisputed masterpiece is Obsession, a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the words, but they should, because it's not just about the end of a relationship, it's also about the dangers of being too controlling and demanding of your significant other. Hey Paul!
