In a rare and welcome coincidence both bands (South African Lark & London based Lark) are good and refreshingly original. The London based one is still around, and Funny Man (2015) is a fine record. Reminiscent of darkly idiosyncratic artists like early Nick Cave, Mark E. Smith, Chrome, Appliance, Clinic, and somehow The Cramps. But not imitative or anything, these are just comparison points to give some vague idea of the sound. Worth a listen.

Can anybody tell me, where I can buy physical records of this band? I live in Germany and even via amazon.com there is no possibility to find an album. They are a great band anyhow.

I don't think Animal Claw is their song, it's very different from their style ( altho I haven't heard anything else from them except those 30sec clips). Animal Claw is on a compilation called Mixmag 2006 mixed by Erol Alkan or something like that. Anyway, it's an electro compilation and judging by the music clips, they're not electro...
