Oh man, you've gotta be fucking kidding me. Physical Graffiti is like a goddamn treasure chest of dirty, gritty, fucking rock 'n' roll, you know? It's like Zeppelin just took a giant shit of musical brilliance and left us all to sort through the glorious mess. "Kashmir" is like a fucking punch to the gut with its heavy, droning riffs—pure fucking magic, man. And then you've got "Trampled Underfoot," which is so damn groovy it’s like they're trying to screw with your sense of rhythm. But you know what's a real bitch? “Ten Years Gone.” That track is a fucking heartbreaker, man. It’s got layers, like an onion of feels, peeling back every damn time you listen. So, what do you think makes "Kashmir" stand out like a sore thumb in their discography? And, are there any tracks that you reckon are the underdogs of the album, the ones that don't get the credit they're fucking due?

This is the artistic peak alongside IV. What an amazing showcase of their talent and instrumental work

Oh ok. I guess you're right, but I do love Houses of the Holy, almost as much as IV, I think it's really underrated in their discography. But even with Houses of the Holy they started off with a heavy song, ended with a heavy song just like on IV, and on VI it is like that as well, with a lot of folky song on the second CD.

but ended it with a heavy song Sick Again. Although I prefer The Ocean, I think that's one of their best songs honestly, but Physical Graffiti has almost flawless the first part of the album, and even the second part doesn't really have any weak songs.

I am not a fan of the sequence of the tracks, so I like to think of this as a compilation album. And one of the best at that.

I think it's pretty well, first CD was more heavy metal / hard rock tracks, and the second one had more of their folk rock stuff and experimental, and a bit softer tracks.

How the hell is HOTH the 2nd most played song in the stats? It has fucking NOTHING on The Rover, IMTOD, Wanton Song or In The Light. [2]

Yea, one of my most favorite songs is ''Night Flight'' and it is one of the least played in the stats. Who cares about the stats, I love the all songs.

Thanks for the recommendations for getting me back into this album - I definitely agree with you. :) Trampled Under Foot is also pretty groovy.

Side three of this album would have to be one of my favorite 'sides' of any LP ever, along with side three of The Who's "Quadrophenia."

My favourite album of theirs, albeit a big part of that is for nostalgic reasons. Still, the majority of the songs hold up exceptionally well, save for perhaps the last fourth.

I dunno about that, the lyrics to "The Rover" and "Down by the Seaside" are still pretty hippie.

Just bought a VG++ "Classic Records" used vinyl copy for $40. That, my friends, is a score.

Try to convince me that this isn't the best Led Zeppelin album. ...You can't.
