The guitars and the bass and the drums after Sweet little baby I want you bla bla bla is so blacksabbathish and the whole instrumental part in the second part is mindblowing, a very cool song for the first album

Maybe the greatest speed up ever. Great riffs, solos, vocals and drumming. Masterpiece

This song never ceases to amaze me. Zeppelin was never bad, but they were never as great as they were on their debut album, although IV is pretty amazing as well.

Steven Tyler: "I saw Led Zeppelin live in 1969, and the middle of Dazed and Confused was so fucking heavy it made me cry." Me too Steven, me too.

Listening to the debut album "Led Zeppelin" released January 12 1969 with the sound that brought stereo to commercial radio. This version written by Jimmy Page, inspired by Jake Holmes original song Dazed and Confused.

This is why I love Rock and Metal cause when I get started on one song others follow and Im on a journey that I dont know how it will end. It will take me places where I couldnt have imagined before. No matter how or what the format I play these songs its always the same I walk this path they put me on until the last song.

So brilliant hard to believe it was on their debut album. Had heard them on the over night Michael Tearson radio show on WXPN-FM University of Pennsylvania the only one doing stereo rock at the time. Had the album the night of January 12, 1969 the day it was released along with a bag of good weed and headphones, great memory.
