Levajura is an experimental electronic music project from the mid-U.S that was formed in March 2008 by the same mind who brought Metamorphic and Gyoza.

The first release from Levajura was a 3 song EP, with the tracks "H." and "1278" being accompanied with "music videos". Only a month later saw the release of the self-titled, full-length, 16 track album. Videos for "Circle" and "Slash" were created, both paying homage to Nintendo icons such as Kirby, Mario, Mariachi Mario, Samus, Space Pirate, and Ridley.

Afterward, work on a second full-length, later to be known as Console Sciatic, began to progress. It was finished by the fall of 2008, but wasn't released until March 2009. An EP was created after Console Sciatic's completion but released beforehand. This 4-song EP, LP 25%, was made to have a correct flow between Levajura's first and second albums due to the significant difference of the two.

Console Sciatic was a major improvement in the work of Levajura. Opposed to the rushed creation of the s/t, C.S. serves more as an album, not just a mere collection of songs. The most noticeable aspect of C.S. the listener will notice is that there is alot of square/saw synths throughout the album, having a similarity to 8-bit music. A video was made for the opening track "Processing Unit", also showing improvement in video creation.

In the summer of 2009. Levajura did a split album with the experimental rock band Gyoza. On the split, both sides did an original song and cover songs of one another (Levajura made a rather house-style version of the Gyoza song "Peeved" while Gyoza made a heavy guitar cover of "1278"). The split concludes with a remix of the Gyoza song "TV Dinner", where Levajura collaborates on as well.

At the end of 2009, an EP entitled Warship was released, featuring shortened versions of songs from C.S., as well as remixes of songs, a Metroid cover, and even some original material.

As of now, Levajura is on hiatus.
