Biography
Mafia Track Suit is a rock group formed by singer/guitarist Billy Chase in Roanoke, Virginia. The band started as a songwriting project for Todd Cooper’s (drums) and Justin Tolley’s (bass) concurrent band, The Worx. After recording demos in late 2005, they decided to keep the songs for themselves. The band project was shelved for a few years while Billy went back to school for graphic design. In early 2009 the group reformed after Billy wrote a song about zombies titled “28 Days.” By the summer of 2009 they decided to go into the studio to record their self-titled debut EP. Mafia Track Suit released their debut album on December 7, 2010 on the band’s own label, Jamboree Records.
Jeremy Georgeff joined as a second guitarist toward the completion of their debut EP. Jeremy has added more depth to band’s songs and has sparked the band in writing song ideas in almost every rehearsal they have now.
Mafia Track Suit's debut EP will also be released on the Rock Band Network in early 2011.
