Biography
Five years ago, Mandy K was born in the hearts and minds of Anthony Musior and Mike Brady. “We would be in my attic for hours playing Blink 182 songs” says Mike. “It has always been our dream to write and play music that we love and that other people can identify with.”
That dream continues to this day. After picking up fellow Buffalo musicians Kevin Scoma, Trey Hollowood, and John Crook, Mandy K began to make their presence known in Buffalo’s music scene. In 2008, the band released their debut full-length cd, The Birds and the Bees. With a growing amount of internet visibility and an even stronger presence in the Northeastern US and Canada, it was time for Mandy K to take the next step. With the help of producers Fred Cimato, (Cute is What We Aim For) and Paul Leavitt, (All Time Low, Senses Fail) the band will release their self-titled EP in the spring of 2009. Mandy K shows no signs of slowing down and plan to tour extensively in 2009.
