There are two songs by Mike Oldfield called "Moonshine".
1) On the 1992 album Tubular Bells II .
2) On the 2014 album Man On The Rocks .
2) This is what Mike Oldfield said about the song:
"I was on this kind of long weekend away with members of my band at the time. We're going way back. And it was very, very cold, and somebody had a hip flask with I think it was some whiskey. We we're passing out, we were just freezing, wind blowing in your face, rough seas crashing in the waves. I thought "I've got to capture this in music somehow", and I had this little musical idea, but every time I tried to go in the studio and record it and it just never used to work, because I had the title wrong, you see. It was called "Whiskey in the Wind". So, I did some research about whiskey, and it came out with "Moonshine". Finally, after all that time, all the pieces fell together and it came out with a good song."
