because this album has a lot of songs which gives you a lot of last dot fm scrobbles and Fishmans Long Season is an album with one song only so it gives you one scrobble only

I try to make it a habit to listen to this album at least once a year. (I think you can guess what date I usually settle on for that ritual.)

As a newspaper reporter once described them, "jazz-funk with the intensity of hardcore".

Contains more great songs than five average bands write in their whole careers.

watt said "on the dime" refers to the fact he was driving exactly 55. [and yes, best album ever!]

AndyTithesis I read somewhere how it was supposed to be a joke about Sammy Hagar's "I Can't Drive 55". "According to Mike Watt ... They thought it would be funny to make the album's title a response to "I Can't Drive 55" by Sammy Hagar — they thought the idea being the song wasn't rebellious, so they decided to mock it in the title of the album. Watt, about Hagar's song title: Okay, we'll drive 55, but we'll make crazy music!". Made me enjoy the album even more
