Biography
MONO is an artist born in Lima, Peru in 1987. He trained as a publicist at a private university and began producing his own music at age 20. First tested with different items such as spoons, wire, plastic bottles, water, to create unique sounds. Then mixed with some acoustic guitar chords and recorded more than 10 songs. The product of this "exercise" was "Nonsense" his first album that released in digital format for free download.
Two years later in 2012, having lived the last 12 months under the influence of big band of synth pop, indie electronic and latest electronics, begins to produce new pieces mixing all these trends. So born songs like "Second Chance" and "Faith", among others, he begins to play in live performances in bars in the city of Lima.
Then came months of confinement at home to mix new sounds and start composing on different instruments like keyboard, guitar and synthesizers. New songs were born like "Chronos", "Stereo Lovers" and "Dancing With The Devil", the latter destined to be the first single from "Premonition", his first EP due out early 2014.
"Devil" will debut on all social networks on September 23 , then it will hit the radios and download platforms such as iTunes and Amazon.
