Born in 1972, Nathaniel completed studies at the National Conservatory of Music in Marseille, Paris and Boulogne in cello, chamber music and electro-acoustic composition. He was the recipient of several awards. Since 1996, he has composed a large body of original work for television, including title themes for « CINE-CINEMA », « PARIS PREMIERE », « TF1 JEUNESSE », the news programming for national broadcaster « France 3 », several « THEMA » broadcast events for « ARTE », and numerous television commercials and short films. Following a fruitful collaboration on many projects with composer Gabriel Yared, Nathaniel had his debut as a feature film composer in 2004 with Raphaël Nadjari’s film « AVANIM ». Since then, some of his numerous productions include « USHPIZIN » by Gidi Dar, « REVOLVER » by Guy Ritchie, « LA BOÎTE NOIRE » by Richard Berry, « THE SECRET » by Vincent Perez, « LA CHAMBRE DES MORTS » by Alfred Lot, « LE DERNIER GANG » by Ariel Zeitoun and « TAKEN » by Pierre Morel. Nathaniel is also a composer for theatre and contemporary dance, having collaborated notably with the contemporary dance group « le groupe dunes ».
