Neck Sprain is a Hungarian Thrash metal group founded in 1992.

2012 September:
The band reunited after almost 3 years of pause with original drummer Bánfalvi Sándor (Ákos, Magma Rise, etc) to create their 4th album God's Snake.

Nagy Levente – vocals, bass (1992 – today)
Áron "Apey" András – main vocals (2008 – today)
Janó Mihály – guitars (2000 – today)
Bánfalvi Sándor – drums (1998 – 2007, 2012 – today)
Their first name was SzélháMOSH with the members Nagy Levente, Kecskés Péter, Fung András and Gyuricza László.
