Neon Grey is a rock band from Richmond Hill, Canada formed in 2009 consisting of five members:
Ben Krapivsky (Guitar/Vocals),
Reuben Sedgwick (Drums/Vocals),
Joshua Isaacson (Bass/Vocals),
Ronen Ackerman (Guitar/Vocals),
Vishaal Gupta (Keyboard/Vocals).
The group has undergone a few lineup changes before their first album release. They had two previous drummers: Daniel Fainshtein and Romi Boimer and initially had a vocalist Rinel Levitin. The band had released several songs with Levitin's singing but after her departure, rerecorded them with other members of the band singing in her place.
Their music is self-described as progressive rock with influences including Muse, Dream Theater, Tool, Porcupine Tree among various others.
In June of 2010, the band released a self-recorded album entitled Say Hello on the internet for free. It is still available for download on last.fm and from the band's facebook page.
In September of 2011, the band released another self-recorded album entitled Shadow Constant on the internet for free. It is also available for download on last.fm and on the band's facebook page.
