Neutral Bling Hotel is the alias used by mashup artist Psycosis for the album 'In My G4 Under the Sea', which combines the famous Neutral Milk Hotel album 'In The Aeroplane Over the Sea' with hip-hop artists such as Dr. Dre, Kanye West, and JAY-Z. It's available on Bandcamp as well as at Mediafire here.
