Obywatel G.C. is a pseudonym of a well-known polish author, rock musician, vocalist, poet and composer - Grzegorz Ciechowski.
'Obywatel G.C.' was his first solo debut in 1986 after other rock-band he created - 'Republika' break-up.
Grzegorz Ciechowski died on 22nd of December 2001.
