Biography
One Time Hero got their start in the summer of 2009. Vocalist Jessa Loeffler and guitarists Chris Krause and Ryan Sadilek started jamming with the goal of writing music that people could relate to, was catchy, and was different than anything else out there. They slowly started getting a solid set of songs together. Things really picked up in the winter when they added a drummer, Brandon White, and bassist, Paul Gravdal, to the lineup. They dedicated 2010 to building a steadily increasing fan base, becoming as tight as possible and really growing together as a band.
Like any other band, One Time Hero has had their setbacks; one of them being when drummer Brandon White left the band for personal reasons in late 2010. But through everything they keep getting stronger and pushing forward. In February of 2011 they released their highly anticipated debut EP ‘Nothing Short of Leaving’. With this release and the constant drive of all of the members, One Time Hero plans on taking the Chicago music scene by storm!
