'Again' is a mesmerizing return to the uncanny sorcery that made 'Garden of Delete' a groundbreaking record. He masterfully weaves together disparate styles, from bombastic synth-prog to fractured emo-pop, creating a pompous yet captivating sonic journey.

AGAIN is the closest to GOD that he's done, which im excited about. AGAIN is quite a bit more floaty and undefined though. I'm enjoying the album a lot. Barely Lit Path is probably my favorite track on there. That or On an Axis, which is the eccojammiest of them all <3 sorry about the leak, Dan!

R Plus 7 fans, do yourselves a favour and look up the music of Claude Larson, most specifically the album 'Digital Landscape', and thank me later. Lopatin acknowledged him in an interview. R Plus 7 was kind of my gateway into discovering library music and I love it for that especially. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N-bL4zW0CI8

Or Esperanto by Ryuichi Sakamoto, he worked with him on LITOL doing the rework of Last Known Image of a Song. Esperanto has such heavy R Plus Sev vibes especially song's like THE DREAMING and ADELIC PENGUINS https://www.last.fm/music/%E5%9D%82%E6%9C%AC%E9%BE%8D%E4%B8%80/Esperanto https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tuocROPEAY8&ab_channel=RyuichiSakamoto-Topic Also this more applies to Uncut Gems but my god is Ballad by Vangelis a fucking 1 to 1 of The Ballad of Howie Bling, from Vangelis' album Spiral https://www.last.fm/music/Vangelis/Spiral https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8oij_QFkZY&ab_channel=Vangelis-Topic Gotsta look into Claude Larson, but what you said basically sums up why I love OPN so much, he's like a launching pad for going on these creative explorations into inspiring material and just has a great eye and mind for connecting ultra obscure corners of our culture. Really a great musician and storyteller.
