Lyrically Klayfaze could be described as a conversationalist. His content can be raw, witty and clever, or introspective just depending on how he feels at the time. But whether he's telling a story or doing lyrical gymnastics over a track, it feels and sounds as if he's talking directly to you rather than rapping. When asked how he describes his style, he said "I do what the beat say do and bring it from the heart" It's this approach that makes his style unique and relatable.
