An absolute masterpiece of an Opeth song. God-tier along with The Moor and The Night and the Silent Water. I can never get enough of this song.

The first heavy part is of course brilliant, but I love the quirky fady outro even more.

This was probably the last song on Watershed to really catch my ear. I had already really loved the rest of the album and for some reason whenever I listened to this, I just never paid attention. Then, one day, that heavy part came in out of nowhere and I was just like "WHOA!". Been a favorite of mine since. Not because of the heavy "drop", but that just got me to pay attention and realize how amazing this song is. That diminished riff at 6:30 is one of my favorite riffs to play.

Maiden is great fun , I grew up with them and I love them but Opeth is not playing in the same league.

The guitar riff at 6:31 is fucking monsterous. Every time that bent note comes almost at the end of the second bar I jizz. [4]

This is Opeths Stairway to Heaven. First half of the song a bit slower and gradually increases in tempo until we get to the heavy part. Back in 69 the heavy was a bit lighter haha. Also backwards Satanic reference obviously (despite Stairway being a myth).

After so many listens with me just 'liking' this song...today I suddenly realized how awesome it is. Probably creeping into my top 10 Opeth. Damn it's good.

One of Opeth's best songs of all time, and my favourite from Watershed by far. The interlude at 2:20 is one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard.

My favorite on the album. And for those who think Opeth is satanic with this song, well, you've been trolled by Opeth.
