I've just written a journal about a documentary I saw on Kraftwerk and the Krautrock scene! Read it here: http://www.last.fm/user/Eglantinetje/journal/2013/01/05/5ppj16_nostalgia_for_a_hypothetical_future:_documentary_about_kraftwerk_&_krautrock

I do actually prefer Tone Float over any Kraftwerk album. As much as I adore Kraftwerk, then the percussion loving freak in me holds Tone Float one notch higher

the kraftwerk k4 bootleg is also a must-listen, same neu/kraftwerk lineup as vor dem blauen bock.

Yep - it's a rare incarnation of Kraftwerk, between their 1st and 2nd albums: Florian Schneider, no Ralf Hütter as he was off studying architecture, but with Michael Rother and Klaus Dinger shortly before they left to form [artist]Neu![/artist].

Mh. Not sure about it. It has been almost a month since I've listened to this album... but I remembered thinking that Kraftwerk 1 and 2 have more structure in their songs. Or well... at least Kraftwerk 1. ;)

Hm. Well, it's okay to hear the album not more than once, I guess. At least now I've learned more about Kraftwerk's origins.
