The Kill Plan is the fourth album by Parabelle, released on October 24, 2016. The album was funded via an independent site set up by the band. "Kiss the Flag: The Wounded" is a sequel to the song "Kiss the Flag: The Widow" from Reassembling the Icons, which itself was a sequel to "Kiss the Flag" from The Pursuit Begins When This Portrayal of Life Ends by Evans Blue, of which singer Kevin Matisyn is a former member.
