Has a very "Albion"-ish quality to it. Honestly, I was expecting to be disappointed when the Libertines split up, but I have to say I like his solo work and Barat's Dirty Pretty Things quite a bit, has everything I loved from the Libs, but in a more "pure" form. In this album, Doherty has managed to reproduce the calm, relaxing bits of music from the Libertines times, sort of like Music When The Lights Go Out.

I wasn't a Pete fan, It was just case when I get this album... and, to be honestly, I realy don't like indie music and for me Libertines is kinda "very" band, but "Grace/Wastelends" is magnicicent... maybe genius... I really love this album... it is so british... maybe more than Bluir or Oasis :D I can't stop listening Broken Love Song, I Am The Rain or The last of English Roses ;) I'm sure is the best in 2oo9!!!!
