Biography
Pinchers of Power is an alternative rock project founded by Keith-Paul. The band is located in North Mississippi, and has developed into more of a studio project in later years. The group came together through a common love of music, and enjoy crafting melodies and songs together.
Tired of over-saturated, fine-tuned, and misleading recordings, they decided to spend as little time in the studio as possible. They conjectured that if a part wasn't being nailed by the third or fourth take, then perhaps they have no business adding or playing that part. They also decided to limit the amount of overdubs, effects, and production in their recordings. Whenever possible, the band records live in the studio. Their goal is to provide an accurate representation of what a real band sounds like, a band with real limitations.
They sincerely hope you enjoy their musical endeavors and lofty efforts. So much so, in fact, that you might tell a friend or two about their ambitions and music. Thanks for reading, listening, and giving them a shot. After all, time is a precious commodity, isn't it?
