This is crap. The only good thing about it is the guitar solo, the lyrics are corny and it sounds way too much like "If" which is very noticeable on a five-track long album.

So mellow and sweet, remarkably delicate and captivating vocals by David, simply wonderful...Kind of wish he used the same particular cadence in more songs

The drums deserve some serious credit in this song. Try to imagine a version of this song without them. It just wouldn't be as good.

A lot of people rave about Gilmour's guitar solo in this song (and rightfully so), but his vocals here deserve a mention as well. Some of his most beautiful and all-around pleasent vocals, almost with a childlike quality, which is appropriate considering this song is about childhood nostalgia.

My favorite Floyd song (alongside Richard Wright's "Remember A Day"). This song always reminds me of summer evenings watching the sun set. Gilmour's greatest guitar solo!

Beyond-beautiful song. The tremendous solo at the end definitely deserves mention!

David's voice is just beautiful, not to mention that riff at the end is bliss to my ears.

Regardless of the fact that members of Pink Floyd regard Atom Heart Mother as one of, if not the, worst album they ever made, I still believe this song to be one of the most emotionally-charged and beautiful things they ever created. It lacks all the pretentiousness they claimed to have been possessed by at the time. Gilmour's voice here is undeniably genuine.
