"PORNO 3003" is a suite of Japanese-language spoken word set to music, both by KONISHI Yasuharu, inspired by subliminal self-help tapes. It consists of three movements titled I. "ソファのための音楽" ("Sofa no Tame no Ongaku," "music for sofa"), II. "GALAXY ONE" and III. "It's all too beautiful…"
Its first appearance on record was on the Pizzicato Five album HAPPY END OF THE WORLD in 1997 with the spoken part performed by NATSUKI Mari and there been numerous alternate versions of it since, including a 12" release that split it into separate voice- and music-only versions and that with the spoken part read instead by KISHIDA Kyōko on the "PORNO 3003" EP released in Japan on 10 October 1997.
