bought DnBfP when I was 15 or so solely because some dude named 'Plug' remixed a NIN song and I thought it was the best version next to Reznor's. Brought it home and listened to the EP 1st LOVED that 1st track dropping all base, but the rest of them were opposite of that. I put in the main disc and thought I just wasted a bunch of money. But I never stopped listening to it and at some point 15 years ago, I grew to like it; and with a much broader palette for music now I am stubbornly certain this record is *the* best DnB no ones ever heard. Not one song sounds like another outside of the obvious amen sample; and his ideas of taking the music outside of the measures half the time have really taken me from upset to embarrassed I couldn't hear what a masterpiece this was for electronic music all those years ago. I scoured of Lukes LP now; took 10y; and Spotify keeps me from worrying about loss. all my fav bands come close to his ability to make any kind of music and nail it. /drops mic
