PREPARED LIKE A BRIDE are a bunch of young chaps hailing from the laid back Gold Coast, Australia who have been traveling since 2009.
Don’t take think that because they come from the Gold Coast that they are lazy like some. Hardworking is a term all too familiar for the band who have toured Australia & New Zealand relentlessly over the past 24 months with the likes of A PLEA FOR PURGING, IMPENDING DOOM, I THE BREATHER, HOUSE VS HURRICANE & VOLUMES. Along with playing New Zealand’s finest festival Parachute Music Festival twice and touring their country on 4 separate occasions.
After two successful self releases the band have lived by the ‘Do It Yourself’ motto which has played well to their advantage. 2013 has seen the band round up the likes of Ben Humphreys & John Mitchell from OUTHOUSE STUDIOS (UK) and fly them over to Australia to produce the bands debut album entitled OVERCOMER. Set for release in early 2014. Huge things are just around the corner for Prepared Like A Bride.
