Widely regarded as one of the best albums of all time (and one of Queens most acclaimed) can definitey see why! The songwriting on this, the genre experimenting and the instrument work is superb

@necrognosis Really? I've never thought the flip side was anything but superb. But yeah, the A side is pretty much nonstop awesomeness.

Stone Cold Crazy is proto-thrash at it's best. Dear Friends is a nice short balled, Misfire is very important since It's Deacy's first Queen song. Bring Back That Leroy Brown is fun AF and completely different, She Makes Me is a great Brain track with a catchy accocstic guitar hook and In The Lap of the Gods...Revisited is a great closer with a sign of whats too come *Boh Rep, We Are The Champions, etc...)

Not their best, but one of their best, for sure. This is basically Queen's "Houses of the Holy" in the sense that they really show their versatility, even more than the rest of their albums. That's saying something.

don't hear enough of early Queen - absolutely love Brighton Rock - and Seven Seas of Rye - they have a rawness that is lost on later tracks.
